CBC The National on social media and the Boston Marathon bombing

On April 17 I was featured in a piece looking at how websites such as 4chan and Reddit are the crowdsourcing investigation into the Boston Marathon bombings.

The sites have been buzzing with exchanges about what happened and who was responsible.

I argue that far from vigilantism, people are trying to help by having an open and public discussion about who was behind the attack.
